She was really great! She listened then she actually followed through on what we wanted. The boys are happy and have a new excitement thanks to her. Usually when we speak, the person nods but then doesn't whatever they want, usually entailing a buzz cut. The boys have great hair and I'm so happy that she was able to showcase that rather than buzz it all off. It may not seem like a big deal but it is. Listening to your clients never happens for us so, thank you so mich!!

Tiff is very kind and attentive to our son. He has been getting a haircut with her since he was 1 year old and we are so grateful that she had made it a great experience every time. We are also happy with the result itself.

Lindsey and Tia are both amazing! Our son, who has Down syndrome and autism, got his first hair cut there and did it without crying! Miracle!!!

Ms. Tiff is wonderful and now cuts our whole family’s hair, including mom and dad! She is the reason we always come back to P&C. She is a fantastic hairdresser and a wonderful, kind, caring person who is always happy and bright and full of positive energy. She is a massive asset to the salon.
