Kendra was very patient with my 1 year old, especially when he didn’t like his hair getting wet. She brought him several little toys and she gave him (me) a little snack bag when he needed a bigger distraction. She talked with me for several minutes before getting started to be sure we were on the same page, and she trimmed his hair slowly in order to check in with me and get it just right. I really appreciate Kendra’s kindness, patience, and attention to detail with my sweet baby. We will $100% schedule with her again next time!

Bibi does a great job with my kids hair! We also used someone else once when we couldnt get in with Bibi fast enough and they did a good job too so we are happy. The play area is nice for the kids and they get excited for haircuts because they get something out of the treasure chest each time so it’s a win for everyone!

Everything is wonderful, but the best part is Brittany. She is the upmost professional. courteous always with a smile always happy is wonderful with my son that has been going there to cut his hair since 1 years old is 4 years old now I can express I would recommend everybody to take their children to see Brittany and she would be wonderful haircuts. we come all the way from Waxahachie an hour and 10 minute drive to get haircut at Pigtails

Bibi is Great! Staff is responsive to requests to change the media (if it’s too scary for my kid), pricing is reasonable, and there’s a frozen yogurt shop right next door!
