My 3 year old son Grayson had a hair appointment with Michelle today. I wanted to reach out and tell you what a positive experience this was for us. My son is so scared of haircuts and recently had a bad experience at a previous salon. Today he was very anxious and was crying and screaming while Michelle tried to cut his hair. She was so patient with him and took her time. She was reassessing and calm the entire time and never made us feel like a burden. Because of this, we will absolutely be back. I wanted to reach out and tell you how much this meant to me because I know how difficult that haircut must have been. Every staff member was kind and reassuring. Thank you again

Casey is amazing with our son, he’s on the spectrum and she is so patient and calm with him even through his outbursts. She takes the time to make sure we are both comfortable and he is entertained.
