Michelle was so patient with my son. He was very scared. I wanted a “no haircut haircut” to keep his curls and she did exactly what I wanted. Store was clean and friendly. We will be back!

We have been going to Pigtails & Crewcuts Roswell for a long time. We have found our very favorite stylist these past few years- Michelle!! She does an excellent job, relates extremely well with my boys (10 and 13), and we all LOVE her! Highly recommend.

The front desk staff is friendly and easy to work with. Ms. Michele is AMAZING. I can't say enough good things about her. My 9yo daughter had a bad experience with getting her hair cut, and now she will ONLY let Michele cut her hair. I think that speaks to how she relates to the kids, in addition to providing an awesome haircut each time.

Thank goodness for Ms Michelle. She is SO patient with my 2 year old son. He’s been going through a really tough time with some PTSD from medical trauma at the first of the year and he does not like strangers to touch him. He’s not an easy kid to give a haircut to but I am so grateful for her calm demeanor and her patience with him. And her encouragement to me as an anxious mother. I just adore her.

Excellent service and great cuts! My son and I both have curly hair where many of our cuts in the past were crooked and didn't look great. The hairdresser here knew how to do it well, did it with scissors (which is a more natural look), and was perfect. Staff was incredibly friendly and patient.
