I like how friendly and personable Gillian has always been. The receptionists changes lot but they are friendly. The space is clean.

Great place, my son got his first hair cut there and was so smooth. The staff are great and the waiting area is a play room. The environment is just excellent for kids.

Gillian was beyond patient and gentle with my 3 year old who hates haircuts. She was helpful and kind at the same time. Highly recommend her and the salon.

Becky was so nice and kind to my kids who were definitely not in the mood for haircuts that day. It was our first time using Pigtails and Crewcuts and we will definitely be back. The kids left with such cute haircuts!

Dara was absolutely amazing! My son was crying and being very 2 year old and Dara did such a wonderful job cutting his hair even with him being upset. She let me hold him on my lap and was so accommodating to our needs so he could get a cut since his hair was in his eyes and bothering him at school. So grateful for how great she was even with such a challenging client!

My son is a teenager and still enjoys going to Pigtails and Crewcuts. He likes the atmosphere. He insists on only getting his haircut from the same stylist, Dara. She does a great job and listens to what he wants, something I am not sure other places would do for a "kid."
