My children are both on the spectrum, both stylists that cut my kids hair were so patient and nice I really appreciated that as it can be stressful for me to hear them cry during a hair cut. They made me feel comfortable and not judged they have no idea how much I appreciated the kindness. Loved how the hair turned out as well.

The kindness and patience was so refreshing. My sweet girl had her first haircut and she made it so easy and my girl was so happy and extra cute at the end. She was asking to get a haircut the next day!

Staff are always friendly. The facility is always clean. It's the only place my neurodivergent child will sit calmly while they cut his hair. Worth the price of the cut.

The staff at Pigtails & Crewcuts are so friendly and welcoming. My kids also enjoy the amenities offered to them during their haircuts (Nintendo switch, the party room, and kid friendly movies)

Everyone is always very friendly, my daughter likes to go there, so there are never fights about getting her haircut. Our last stylist was great - she treated my daughter like Gold and had a long conversation with her about gymnastics and ear piercing.

The hairstylist was very friendly and clearly experienced. She communicated with us before she cut and since it was a first time haircut and I was nervous to take off too much, I really appreciated that. She even paused in the middle and checked in before taking more off. It was a great experience!
