Miss Bonita is the best!!! She is so patient and kind! We love going to see her! I can always trust that my child's hair will look good when we see her. The whole group is friendly, kind, and helpful. Always a great experience! The price is pretty high, but I don't mind paying for their kindness and patience!

This was my 2 year old’s second haircut there and they were so amazing, he was at ease, and the cuts looked fantastic each time! Thank you for having such a good environment for little ones to get their hair cuts with so much fun and ease!

We had a great experience! It was our little guy’s first haircut, and even though he was crying and upset, the woman who helped us was incredibly calm and kind. She let him choose the position he felt most comfortable in, which was hugging me, and still managed to get everything done. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Pigtails has always been good with our son and still is. They communicate with him on his level and greet him as if he is a cherished friend they haven't seen in a while. It's a great experience! The professionals are conscientious and respectful of parent wishes!

Miss Bonita cut my son’s hair and she was so sweet. My son was screaming the whole time and yet, she remained calm and continued to tell him how good of a job he did. She was absolutely amazing! Also the environment was welcoming and understanding. We had some parents come up and told us that they had been there before and we were reassuring that my husband and I were doing a good job.
