Easy to schedule an appointment online, ready to get started on time, reasonable prices, clean studio and playroom. Alyssa was awesome and my little guy looks great and always has fun. We excitedly look forward to the treasure chest after an easy visit. I recommend you all to anyone that asks about haircuts for kids.

I generally like this place since the new ownership but I do have to say I’m not super happy with our latest experience. My son’s haircut does not look good now that it’s not styled and I was a bit disappointed that the system doesn’t have his typical number settings for the clippers when I know I made sure to ask about that last time. As a result the sides are shorter than we usually like because I didn’t remember the usual settings, and then the top seems way too long still to match the super short sides. My daughter’s looks fine but I felt the stylist was getting frustrated because my 2/3 year old daughter wasn’t looking down that well the whole time. I understand that makes it easier on the stylist but she’s 3 lol (and developmentally even younger than that). For a place that specializes in kids, it felt out of place to me. I’ll definitely return but will likely be pickier about the stylists in the future.

All the staff we interacted with were great. The only downside was they need a better printer for the photos and also, maybe a dedicated camera for the store to tabs the photos instead of personal phones.

The stylist was very patient and worked well with my grandson. She didn’t rush and made us feel comfortable when he was having his meltdowns with his haircut.

The facility is perfect for children. The hairdresser was fantastic as well. She did an excellent cut and made my toddler very comfortable and entertained the whole time.

Very kind stylists and such a kid friendly atmosphere. Easy online booking process. When I went, there were two other families so it was not a particularly overwhelming or overstimulating environment which was appreciated.

We felt truly well taken care of by Miss Katy. It was a service that made my son Michael feel comfortable. Miss Katy was very patient and kind at all times. She cut Michael's hair just as we requested. Michael has very peculiar and unmanageable hair, and she made our lives easier with this new haircut. Miss Katy was truly excellent. Highly recommended.
