Huge jump in quality of haircut thanks to Mr. Alex. He had a warm, welcoming vibe and we would definitely request him in the future. New toy area is also fun, and I appreciated the book selection.

I love that my 8 year old son loves seeing Ms. Maxine and that he trusts her with his hair. He is very particular and Ms. Maxine really listens to what he wants done and always delivers the quality cut that makes him happy.

Our son (2) hates getting his haircut. We were taking him every 6 weeks just to get him used to it, but he was still screaming through the whole thing. We decided to try pigtails and crewcuts just to see if it would help. Mr. Alex cut his hair and I was shocked. Our son did not make a sound. Alex was so patient and showed him all the tools he was using and let him touch everything. He did amazing! We also got my daughter's (4) haircut that day by Ms. Li who was also amazing. Our daughter got a little antsy when it was time to cut her bags and Ms. Li handled it so well. Mr. Alex also jumped in and started blowing bubbles to distract her. All in all 10/10 experience. We will absolutely be back.

Kara is the best! She is so good with all my kids and delivers the exact cut I ask for every time. In addition, the play area is fabulous! Love the new reno!

We had previously had a not so great haircut here for my 1 year old son, but when we saw it was under new ownership we decided to give it a second try. Ms. Kristina was beyond phenomenal, took all the time to talk with and get to know my son, when he was nervous about going in one of the chairs she let him stand in the play room and play with the train while she cut his hair. All will telling him over and over again how he was doing a great job and reassuring him. Could not recommend her enough!

We stopped going here until we heard there was a change of management and stylists. We got a haircut from the manager and were happy with it, and my son got compliments on his haircut from others, so we will start coming back!

I can't speak highly enough about Pigtails & Crewcuts at Willow Lawn! Besides all the wonderful new decorations, and the amazing play room, the staff are just wonderful! Maxine has made it so I can take my autistic son to get a haircut without all the drama! She is an absolute treasure! Hands down, I would recommend Pigtails & Crewcuts at Willow Lawn to every parent, for any child, every time!
