The staff is just so patient with my son. It’s made it such a pleasant experience and he’s come to LOVE getting his haircut. We never have to wait very long for our appointment and sometimes get taken early (which is awesome with toddlers!) His hair always look incredible after our service and he can’t stop beaming afterwards.

First hair cut for my one year old was such an awesome experience. From the play room for them while we waited, to the patience & entertainment while he got his cut. It was such a great experience. We will 100% be back! Thank you Chi! You’re amazing at what you do.

It was our son's first official haircut at a salon. We had a great experience. The hairdresser was understanding and very friendly. She made my son feel comfortable and welcomed. I will definitely bring my son back here for another haircut. Thank you so much for such a great experience for my little baby!

We took our toddler in for a haircut and—full disclosure—it was a tough visit. He screamed and cried the entire time, but our stylist, Candice handled it like an absolute pro. She was patient, calm, and incredibly kind, even in the middle of the chaos. She never rushed us or made us feel uncomfortable. Instead, she met him with gentle reassurance and kept her cool from start to finish. Somehow, she still managed to give him a great cut despite the nonstop wiggles and tears. We are so grateful and will definitely be back—hopefully with fewer tears next time!
