Great staff on Tuesday pm at 17.30 class v friendly and helpful. Love the studio its small and the instructors 10/10 I travel from Southgate every Tuesday there’s loads in my area but this place is unique
I have been doing my pilates at Pilates HQ for over a year now. I initially came to see if I can strengthen my knees. My overall leg condition got better, I managed to hike PR1 and PR3 trails in Madeira after 6 months of beginner's pilates. Now I have stayed as I want to maintain my overall strength and articulation which I can achieve through the reformer.
I mostly come to Emma's classes, I think how she teaches works really well for me. I also come to Diane's and Luke's classes who I also think has got a great way of teaching on the reformer. They all focus on good form and safety on the reformer. And they are all very professional in their approach in class.
I am also a big fan of the class promos and ensure I avail of them as they are part of the reason why I chose to stay with the team.
The receptionists are also very helpful and friendly.
I would highly recommend trying them out!
I truly can’t thank Roland S enough. If he taught more days a week, I would be there every single time without hesitation—health allowing.
He is exceptional: understanding, supportive, and genuinely attentive in a way that is rare to find.
As someone living with advanced-stage cystic fibrosis and around 20% lung function, feeling safe, seen, and supported in a class like this is incredibly important to me. Especially considering that reformer Pilates is quite an expensive form of exercise—you want to feel that you are getting the full benefit of each session. With Roland, you absolutely do.
I’ve been on and off with HQ Pilates for about two years, but no matter how well I feel, I genuinely look forward to his classes. That says everything.
Thank you—truly. I’ll be bringing my friends along too, because if someone is trying reformer Pilates for the first time, I would wholeheartedly recommend doing it with Roland.
