Really good challenge and alternative to the gym - good to do different training alongside - seeing benefits in gym work from Pilates.

Structure and content of sessions - always well planned but also flexible and makes use of very good equipment- also well maintained.
I feel very comfortable with my trainer, the workouts are a lot of fun (not repetitive at all). My weekly workouts are something I look forward to after starting to train with Pilates PT! Thank you.
The fact that I can alternate dynamic pilates with pt method hiit. I love the new on demand offer. It makes it easy to fit excersise around my schedule. But, most of all I have to work hard and it’s fun!
My husband and I have been working out at Pilates PT for years and absolutely love it. The classes are a wonderful mix of cardio, HIIT and pilates so you never get bored and are constantly challenging different parts of your body and fitness. The trainers are really friendly, encouraging and knowledgable, and it is honestly the highlight of our week. We leave feeling shattered but buzzing!! If you haven't tried it, then you're missing out big time!
