Response From Pillar To Post

Good Evening Scott,
I am very sorry to hear about your feedback. I take customer feedback very seriously. In further investigation and reading your inspection report by the inspector I can address your concerns.
Your first concern regarding the electrical items was fully addressed on PAGE 23 of the inspection report . He states there are several ungrounded receptacles noticed in the home. It is advised to consult with a qualified electrician to correct. With a 2 prong receptacle it is not possible to detect if the hot and neturals are correct. If there where 3 prong receptacles we would be able to plug in a tester.
In regards to the roof the inspector made this comment. Budget to replace roof, roofing has exceeded its typical life. Where you able to get a roofing contractor over there to give you a price on this. The inspector also did go into the attic. There are pictures of this he also made some recommendations in the attic as well like venting the exhaust fan to the exterior. PAGE 7-10
In regards to the other questions this is all visible in the inspection report. There are pictures of the inspector in the attic, digging up the septic system and leachfield. on PAGE 17 of the inspection report.
In saying this I am confused where the issues may be. As to all of the concerns you are stating are in the inspection report and where all addressed. If you would like me to come take a look at anything please let me know.
