Staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful whether it's sales or service. We've been buying our bikes there (and having them serviced annually) since 2004. They carry some of the best brands of mountain bikes. Highly recommend.

PM is an awesome bike shop only selling high quality bikes and parts. You can trust them that you are only buying the best. And they stand behind their products and services. The Repair and Maintenance department is the best. Yesterday I was helped by Brett and Kenzie who both fit into the awesome category. But almost everyone I have met at PM is awesome. My best opinion is that if I was starting my own bike shop (and I am not), I would offer everyone in PM a job to work for me.
