Whether it’s parts, service or new bike sales, Dan and his crew of highly trained staff are always there to go the extra mile to make sure you are 100% satisfied with every purchase. Every employee is totally committed to providing the best products and services in a really friendly, helpful and “home town” manner. That level of personal customers service is why they have been my bike shop of choice since we retired here in Bend almost 10 years ago. Dan has always been very supportive of all levels of riding. If you are a seasoned rider the store is always there to help improve and hone your skills. If you are a beginner, they are always encouraging you to get out there and try group rides. They support local charities and are always supportive of other local businesses.

Pune mountain has always, and continues to provide an excellent customer experience to Bend cyclists. I reached out to other shops via phone, and they generally all say a similar thing. Something along the lines of "we are booked out 3 weeks" or "if you make and appointment today, (May 26th) you can bring in your bike on June 10th, and we'll get to it." The demand in town clearly exceeds the supply when it comes to mtb service and repair. Pine mountain always provides an unparalleled experience. When I called, Dan looked to confirm that the XT derailleur that I was looking for was in stock. He told me that I could bring my bike in the same day. No other shop is doing that. I respect that there is space for quick repairs, and also appointments for more involved level 3 tune up. When entering the store, it's always clear that the employees love working there. That's a sign of great leadership. I love the employee photos on the walls. Typically, you would see a cheesy employee of the month placard with a bad photo printed in it. At pine, it's professionaly artistic, permanent artwork photos and quotes. This artwork can be permanent because pine is the kind of place that retains employees,which is extremely difficult these days. I love the work that you do for the community through events, raffles, group rides, etc. Pine mtn is the cornerstone of not just the mtb community, but also the heart of what it means to live in Bend. Thank you for keeping the stoke alive in such a rad community.

I am traveling from California to Alaska and had to have my rear brake line bleed. I came in late in the afternoon, yet pine mountain was able to get my bike in and serviced ready for me to pick up when they opened the next morning.
Quick, friendly service that got me back in the trails. I greatly appreciate their work
