I have known the owner of Pine Mountain Sports since I moved up to Bend 14 years ago. Now that I'm older I decided to get a few E-bikes with my wife. We were taken well care of by Paco who went above and beyond to make sure our bikes were custom fitted and that we understood their operation. Plus we had some laughs along the way. Whenever I think of a bike shop in Bend I think of Pine Mountain. Still the best shop in town!

From the moment I walked in the door to buy my first mountain bike, everyone was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and not too pushy/trying to upsell me! They also showed me how as a smaller woman the bike could be adjusted for me. I did not have that same experience at a couple other bike shops in Bend. And best of all was Paco’s incredible expertise and patience when he was fitting the bike for me; explaining everything, encouraging me to test options for handlebar length, along with break grip and shifters placement and angles. I felt like I got a custom made bike! And a lesson on how to take care of my bike as well. Thank you Paco! I 100% recommend Pine Mountain Sports!!
