The customer service at Pine Mountain Sports is second to none. I purchased a mountain bike at Pine Mountain a year ago, and have had excellent service and expert care of my Juliana since. On my most recent visit, Paco helped me with some small bike fit issues that made a big difference in my ride. He was able to observe me on the bike and make subtle adjustments that addressed my needs. I also had questions about maintenance that he answered with clarity, explaining and demonstrating how to care for my bike in a way that was educational but didn't make me feel uncomfortable about my limited knowledge. I have consistently received great service from all employees, but I want to give a shout-out to Paco for his exceptional patience, friendliness, and expertise!

Excellent and helpful service as always. We needed 2 new Mtb trail tires. Pine Mtn recommended some that were perfect at a good price and even mounted them for us while we had lunch. It saved our trip.🙏 This shop is always top notch & budget conscious.👍

I recommended your business on my first bike ride. First bike I have had where I received training on the usage and maintenance of the bike. Amazed how maneuverable the bike was for the weight. And so quiet. I like that it as it doesn’t “scream electric bike”. Thank you

Great service. I was only in town to mountain bike for 4 days and brakes went on second day. The service team got me back on trails with 1.5 hours and I didn't miss any biking. Everything post service worked perfectly

White owl wind sports is down to earth and grounded even though the sport is anything but. Kim’s experience and commitment to safety made me feel comfortable which eased the burden of learning a new high anxiety sport. I also like that after completing my P2 she is still available for further help/coaching which is part of her motto “once a student always a student”. Recommendation HIGH

The crew at Pine has always been top-notch! Every time you walk in, you are guaranteed to feel welcome. Not only did I get a great welcome from Bowman, but great customer service from Kenzie (mainly in the form of belly scratches for Laika). 100% best bike shop in Bend! 10/10 would recommend!
