It's so convenient to park here versus the airport. The parking is covered and safe. The shuttle picks you up right at your car and delivers you at your airline and does it quickly. We've parked here multiple times over the past 20 years and have never waited more than 15 minutes for a shuttle to pick us up at the airport.

The Parking Spot provides an excellent service and customer service is super quick to respond to any issues. I've always enjoyed the added amenities of off-site airport parking and the shuttles are quick to pick you up. During my return trip the first shuttle was too full but the following shuttle was only 10-15 minutes wait. The app has a shuttle tracker that is somewhat broken, though, where it either does not render the map and only shows the shuttle spots, or the map renders in over top of the shuttle spots so you cannot see where they are at all. The app issue is really the only reason this review isn't a 10.
