Kevin was the sales person sold me the fx sport 4 carbon matte onyx. The bike is lightweight despite the seatpost, handlebars and the groupset being aluminum. Although happy with the purchase. They also assisted putting the bike in my car. Very easy and very patient.

The employees were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The gravel bike I wanted was sold out, even online. The Plainview employees fit me with a road bike that will allow me to do some light gravel/off roading and the bike is just perfect! Thank you Andrew and Kevin!

I have been going to trek plainview for a few years. I have always been happy with the care given to my bikes. In the past Jackson and Tom were the store and/ or service managers. I have given 5star reviews in the past. This year I brought my bike in and noticed a complete new staff. Jason was the service manager and examined my bike and recommended the needed repairs and maintenance. Jason was excellent and the work done on my bike was top notch. My concern is the lack of communication regarding the finishing of the work. I understand parts had to be ordered and maybe didn’t arrive promptly. A text or phone call would be the proper response. When I called to ask about my bike I was not impressed. Unprofessional answering of the phone and poor handling of my bikes status by the new staff needs to be addressed. When I was transferred to Jason it was completely professional. Please spend some time training the new staff in business etiquette. You have a top notch service manager in Jason and his work is excellent. He is the example for the staff to follow. Thank you Joe McCann

Your service team is always awesome. Jason in particular was fantastic and spent a ton of time with me explaining everything and fixed a data issue with my account. It did take a week to get my level 2 service complete which felt like a long time.
