Had a great experience at the Plainview Trek store. The staff was very helpful and patient, especially while picking the right bike size for my son. They explained everything clearly without pushing for upgrades or unnecessary extras. The bike was assembled properly, and you can tell the quality is much better than big-box stores. They also took time to adjust the fit and make sure everything felt comfortable before we left. Overall, smooth buying experience, knowledgeable team, and good service. Definitely recommend this location if you’re looking for a reliable bike and honest advice.

I have zero mechanical aptitude, so I must rely on a store such as Trek in order to keep my bicycle in good condition. The only reason I would rate Trek 9 out of 10 rather than 10 is their somewhat high prices. Their personnel, however, are all terrific. They can't do enough for you and are as pleasant as can be.
