The new equipment has a couple of problems. Buttons not working. Inaccurate readings etc. Please take care of this. Otherwise the gym and the staff rock.
Nothing planet fitness did caused me to quit!!
I had not used my membership since 2019 when everyone fell sick.
So you can see i payed for at least 5 years without 1 days use!
I had illness and other problems that took my time!!
When things work out for me I intend to return.
Planet Fitness is a great idea and is needed!!

Super happy so far!! I mainly go right now for red light and tanning.
Recommendations: would you be able to get new bulbs for the red light? I just counted and 12 out of the 40 bulbs are out 😬
Also as a fellow business owner, would consider putting in a counter that folds up so the staff don’t have to walk all the way around to wipe down rooms etc.
Love planet fitness tho, so happy there’s one close to me, it’s cheap enough that I just let the subscription run when I go through phases where I’m not working out.
Love the staff and the members way to go now one thing the phone does not go through I did tell someone but I am not sure where they are at on this please follow up
I just wanted to share how much I appreciate the staff at the gym—they're always friendly, helpful, and professional. The facilities are consistently clean and well-maintained, which makes a big difference. I genuinely enjoy working out here and look forward to every visit. Great job to the whole team!
