Locker rooms are clean and accommodating.
I would like to see sanitary products available on womens bathroom and cloth towels to use to wipe down equipment rather than wasteful paper towels.
Team member who helped me was very kind & helpful in transferring my membership from another state. I then inquired about any openings for employment & she got me scheduled for an interview as well. This individual went above and beyond & showed compassion & kindness to a complete stranger going through hard times in life. I will never forget this experience! Thank you<3
After visiting first health fitness about 7 times trying to get on board with fit on, (the new silver sneakers)and weighing it out with planet fitness, I choose planet fitness because of the customer service that extended itself to help me thru my BCBS " journey". I realize there is a problem with the ease of blue cross blue shield and blue connect and fit on and the gym itself, all parties saying there is stress between the transition, but planet fitness went overboard to try to please at a time when It was totally frustrating to all, wanting to solve, and wanting my business. I blame neither gym. I'm saying" BCBS," "blue connect, " "fit on" and any gym needs to get on the same page because of great confusion to all and to the clients benefits.
The staff at the front desk was very welcoming, friendly and helpful during the inprocessing and was able to answer all of my questions.
They even took the time to go over the app with me and ensured that I had no further questions or concerns.
Great customer service is key to a great start in any business/customer relationship and I truly appreciated it.
