The staff work hard to keep the equipment safe and clean. They make the environment a good place to come and do your workout. I enjoy the relaxed feeling that I get when I workout. People are helpful when you need something that is too high for you to reach.

The fact that it’s not that busy compared to other gyms in Abilene. The staff is very nice and respectful. The gym itself does need to expand at some point to make room for more equipment but other than that the gym itself is great for anyone starting out
