The equipment is ok but the staff is top notch. Seriously, I’ve been in a gym for 45+ years and usually the staff doesn’t care if you have a problem or not. I’ve pointed out a few things to Ben in regards to equipment needing some attention (bearings going bad or needing lube..etc) and it was fixed. I don’t know if he’s management their but he should be!!

You don’t feel intimidated when you’re working out people of all ages are there, the only thing I could say is let people sit on the machines looking at their phone for 1520 minutes not working out using up the machine time

I like that all the employees have been so friendly. I have not had a bad experience. I had major fear of going to the gym but they made it easy. The only thing I’d request is that you get more treadmills. Those are hard to come by and unfortunately are the only thing I use at my gym.

Very Clean facility, washroom locker room's Constantly Maintained, nice team workers at front counter, I asked many questions, like I asked one yesterday? My question was, I'm a Senior on Medicare, can I get possibly a reduction in cost or even possibly Medicare or insurance picking up entire monthly bill. Planet fitness team member told me to call insurance company and see if there's a gym credit or gym work out allowance. In Most cases there is one. I'm presently paying out of pocket. Nice clean Gym
