The monthly fee is good. But your rule of making payment from checking account only is not good. You should allow us to pay using credit card also. In case if there is service charge for suing credit card, you can put that into the customers account

Pleasant and helpful staff and cleanliness of facility. I've never been too a Planet fitness other fitness center that is as clean as Addison PF. Staff is always keeping facility locker rooms and equipment exceptionally clean. Keep up the excellent work!! One recomm

The employees are very courteous and they keep the gym very clean, which I appreciate. It’s never really busy so I can get in and out, especially on those days when I’m in a hurry. Keep up the great work.

I would definitely recommend this gym. There's a wide variety of equipment and most importantly, it's consistently in working order, which is a huge plus. The only significant drawback is the lack of clocks in the free-weight and machine areas. If you time your rest periods, you'll need to keep your phone with you. I also like the cleanliness, a very important touch. Overall, it's a high-quality facility, and the reliable equipment makes it a great place to work out.
