I LOVE "PF". But when summer time come for the young people to participate, it's a real problem for the staff. You have a very professional staff when it comes to handling a problem. But the backlash they receive from Young people is totally disturbing and disrespectful to members. I hope you all will consider discontinue the program for the safety of your staff and members. Thank you.

The Albany Ga location is a large facility with an impressive amount of equipment. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's the best gym in town!

The hours are great, the facility is always clean, and the staff are extremely helpful. I attended the facility one day, and there was this older guy who came in with limited sight. He made his way to the counter to the young lady. She (Da'Nisha Luke) did not hesitate to take the older gentleman by the hand and walk him patiently to the equipment of his choice. While Ms. Luke does not know that someone was watching, it truly melted my heart to see that the young staffers care just as much as the veterans. I loved this for Planet Fitness! Keep doing big things! My only issue is that the teen event during the summer should have a selected time frame for their workout. Adults who work all day, more often than not, come to the gym for a mental break, and having kids in the way is aggravating.
