Staff is always ready to greet you when you enter and bid you a good day when you leave, with a positive attitude, and even if they're busy helping someone else in the moment. The locker room/bathroom (women's) is always clean and fresh smelling. The gym itself is kept clean -- I always typically see staff around cleaning equipment that's not being used, mopping the floors, and replacing towel rolls or spray with respect to the people exercising around them. It has always been kept up to good hygiene in the two years that I've been going there. Overall, what I like about the one that I go to is that it has just about everything I need -- minus barbell free weights -- but I understand why that is. Other than that, I have had no complaints. It's a good gym!
