I lost my phone, which contained a lot of important information. The staff on duty, Daniel F. and Ikea G., truly impressed me by dedicating their time to help me find it. I have never encountered such dedicated workers before. I am highly impressed by their commitment; they truly deserve recognition as outstanding employees.

I truly appreciate the environment - folks are kind but it's not a social club or competitive atmosphere. Staff are warm but not intrusive. And I'm eternally grateful for your NOT playing Fox news on any of the televisions. When public spaces become infested with propaganda they become deeply unpleasant. I'm so grateful to your company for not blaring propaganda. Others could learn from you guys.
