The facility and machines are always clean and neat, well cared for and maintained. Personnel at the counter are friendly, well informed and never “pushy” to do more or to upgrade membership levels. My only complaint (suggestion, really) is that there is no steam room. So far as I know, no steam room is standard for all PF gyms. I personally would prefer a steam room but that is my only drawback.
