I needed a specific piece of exercise equipment to use for medical reasons and the front staff was very friendly and understanding of my request. They walked me through serveral pieces of equipment and explained to me on how to use the equipment and make adjustments. Taking time from their front desk duties to support me in getting started in an exercise program was welcomed and appreciated. The friendliness of the staff exceeded experiences at other fitness facilities. Keep up the exceptional culture!

The facility on Telegraph Road is full of great machines and bikes, both stationary and recumbent. The facility is kept very clean by the staff, which is made up of friendly, helpful folks. The ladies room is AMAZING and also VERY clean, which is important to us ladies. I have heard about the perks the Black Card holders can access but I have not up-graded so I can't judge them. However, my friends are crazy about them. As a senior citizen, I felt that the price I pay per month is very reasonable. I am very happy with Planet Fitness.
