My most recent experience involved calling in from a PF in another state, because my app was not updated and would not scan for entry. The person who took the call was very friendly, efficient and accommodating. He set me up with a new scan code in just a couple minutes.

I give this gym a ten out of ten. The staff are so warm, welcoming, friendly, encouraging, motivational, helpful, and the list goes on. The facility is always clean, well lit, great air circulation. Overhead music is great for those days when earbuds were not charged, but never louder than my own music when I do have them. Bathrooms and showers are spotless, machines are in great condition. Parking is mostly good. Super convenient location. Just, a great gym My only one recommendation when I use the hydro table or massage chair, I have to put my belongings on the ground. Please consider installing hooks so that people can hang a jacket up.

Planet Fitness in the Huntington Gateway retail area is a great place to exercise. Staff is friendly and appears to work to keep all of the facilities clean and usable. My two suggestions would be to: —Ensure staff is attentive to the paper towel dispensers and cleaners that are stationed around the workout area, and —Remind those exercising to be respectful of others when talking. Some people are very loud and even though I use wireless earbuds, I have a hard time hearing over the noise.

Planet Fitness at 5960 Richmond Highway, Alexandria VA is an excellent place to get your gym membership. You can always count on Jalen, Mare, Rio and Mo to take good care of you each time you visit this gym. There is plenty of equipment for everyone and the place is well organized and clean. Ask any of the staff members if you need help with any of your exercises. They will be happy yo help. I have been a member of this gym for 6 years and it has been a great experience. If you are looking for a gym, give this one a chance.
