The equipment is state of the art. However, instructions on how to use it (particularly the new high-tech treadmills) should be prominently displayed. And there are many treadmills and recombinant bikes, so the wait time shouldn't be long. Overall, the staff is friendly and the facility is clean. I use the Seminary Road/Kenmore Avenue location which is close to my house.
