I only come for the massage beds, total body enhancement, and shower. I wish I could lay down for the body enhancement treatment. I also wish that the massage beds and chairs could last longer than10 minutes, and that they targeted the upper arms as well. But it's overall a good value. I plan to start working out soon, and start using the tanning beds this winter.

I like the variety of equipment and the cleanliness of the place. Staff are always helpful. Only problem some people tie up a machine while they are texting their friends. If they are not actually exercising, they need to get off the machine and let others use it.
