The new management team is friendly attentive and instep with the culture of the Maple location. The last manager was unapproachable and hardly cleaned. Seemed like he wanted to feel powerful in his position. I enjoy speaking with the staff daily, I love the location itself.

Experience was awesome! I’ve been to a few Planet Fitness’ and the customer service and machines have been great! I really appreciated Will’s willingness to help and guide me to where machines were. Overall experience was great at the Amherst location!
