This establishment maintains a high standard of cleanliness and organization. The staff at the check-in station is not only friendly but also attentive and recalls patrons’ names. The equipment at this gym has recently undergone an upgrade, and the bikes now connect to my Apple Watch, enabling me to track my workout progress. I am particularly enjoying the new rowing machines. The gym’s atmosphere is characterized by friendliness and accessibility, ensuring that patrons do not experience long waits to use the equipment.

It has all the equipment that I like to use, and I very much enjoy the spa section. I use most all equipment and all of the spa stations also. I enjoy the workout and the relaxing and recovery after. The employees are wonderful and kind and personable. Every time I go. So far my three favorites are Will, Troy, and Antwon. Kudos to the staff.
