This location is never too packed. I can always get on a piece of equipment or get a bench for either dumbell press or Smith machine. I'm happy the kept the 30 minute express area, other locations have since gotten rid of their 30 minute express, like clifton park.

JOSH and his team are always helpful and friendly. The keep the store in Amsterdam NY clean and they all work together as a single moving part. The face lift on its interior is wonderful keep up the good work guys much love. Note I have been a loyal member for a decade and this team is on point.
