Location. Affordable price. Has everything I need, and more. This survey should also include need for improvements: Half a dozen or so lockers in the men's locker room are broken/damaged and in need of repair. Visiting upper management reviewed the facility a long, long time ago and reviewed the situation but nothing was ever done to fix the damaged lockers. Months later I brought this to the attention of another visiting manager and he said they would take care of it. The issue has still not been resolved. Length of time it takes to repair a broken machine can take 1-2 weeks. Makes it difficult when there is only one machine to use, or if there is a second machine, people are lining up to get on. Seems to be high employee turnover.

Friendly staff/team members. Always a joy to walk in and see their smiling faces. Facilities and equipments are usually clean if previous users remember to wipe them down when they’re done. I usually wipe the equipment before and after just as a courtesy to others. I always feel better after a good work out. Thank you!! [FIRST NAME REMOVED].
