The gym itself has a lot of good members but when they find a great manager we loose them it has been 7 managers since Ankeny IA opened the staff is pushed to the limit and managers are expected to find people to work but the wages are to low and no real support

It’s usually pretty clean!! People keep to themselves…I like that! The front desk help is nice and helpful! Nobody in the gym (at least when I’m there) act like they are better than me and Planet Fitness is not intimidating like some of the other gyms! It’s a nice place to workout!

I like how I can come in and get my workout done. Not too often do I have to wait for a machine to use. I don't like how some people sit on the machine, scroll Facebook, while there are others waiting to use the machine behind them. But I know that is nothing you can control. I've enjoyed my time there in the 3-4 months I have been there.

Every time I have gone in I have had experience of friendly staff. The place seems to be clean. There was just one time the staff had been unfriendly and unfortunately it was when I brought my husband along. He was thinking about a membership but then his experience wasn’t good so he walked out.

There is plenty of equipment and machines - a great variety and everything I want for the exercises that I do. The workout area is always clean. And the equipment is well maintained. The price is unbeatable.
