The team is top-notch, the facility is very clean & well-maintained. The HydroMassage beds in the Black Card Spa (this is an upgraded membership level) are exactly the same thing that my chiropractor offers but at a fraction of the cost! I use HydroMassage both before & after a chiropractor appointment. Planet Fitness offers an extensive line of modern equipment to help me meet my health recovery goals.

I like the location and variety of equipment. People are not good about putting away weights after they use them. Please remind people to wear proper clothing and footwear and be respectful. It was unfortunate that they had no water one day, but it was resolved quickly the next day.

I submitted a review recently stating that the staff was great but was disappointed as equipment was out of order for long periods of time and members are inconsiderate as they sit on equipment scrolling through their phone. I received a call from the general manager, Jeff to discuss my concerns. First, I want to say thank you again for taking the time to call me as I have noted my frustration numerous times in the past with no response. Jeff has stated that they are working on trying to limit the phone usage while on equipment. I want to again state that the staff is great; always friendly and helpful. I appreciate the follow up from Jeff and am glad to know that issues are being addressed.
