All good but tanning beds could still be cleaner. I've seen smudges on the upper part after getting into a bed and hairs on beds sometimes.

I like the atmosphere. It is clean and the attention to the customers is exceptional. I was away for several months recovering from an injury. November 2024 through February 2025. When I returned the manager was new as well as many of the associates. I had a great relationship with previous managers and workers, and I was a bit unsure if I would still have a good experience. It's been several months and I'm happy to say that I still find my PF store people to be welcoming and helpful. I'm happy to be working out again in a professional place where people conduct themselves so well.

The gym is always clean. Why don’t you ask what Planet Fitness could do to improve? Cell phone usage is ridiculous. Hardly a workout session goes by that I don’t have to wait on a machine because someone was on their phone. Their aren’t any signs anywhere reminding customers to respect other customers limited time to work out.
