The front desk staff member was very helpful, she helped me resolve my issues with another location by helping me switch my home location to this location at port richman. She helped me with purchasing a few items they were selling the t-shirt and a thermal cup. She also helped me with verifying my account was still active. The club here is huge, very clean and the bathrooms were very nice as well as clean and spacious. It gave me ease of mind to see that I had plenty of space to move around freely without people being right on top of me. thanks
