The app seems to function well, but I find it annoying that I have to send an email in order to modify my site and app passwords. This should be a mandatory function.

The front desk employees are always friendly and helpful; the club is kept clean and the equipment always working, which I I appreciate! I like that the club is never too packed and that the people working out are like-minded. Doesn’t feel like a meat-market or overwhelming with a bunch of fitness fanatics grunting and throwing weights around. It is a nice, bright, welcoming environment!

Love my planet! The gym is kept spot less, always clean and well attended. The equipment is always in good working order or fixed promptly. Excellent variety of equipment and top quality. This is all the result of good management. Always helpful and friendly.

The bi-level set up makes it seems like a smaller gym but really isn't. The locker is smaller but there is never too many people at once. It is always very clean.

Staff is very friendly & all the machines actually work! Unlike 24 hour fitness. Their machines are always broke! Miss the sauna though!
