The gym and staff are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The gym is generally clean and well-maintained, and the members are generally polite, friendly, and helpful. I would love it if we could get more dumbbells and additional benches in the gym since the gym gets quite busy. There are ample machines in my opinion. The hours are great.

There were plenty of cardio equipment. Would have been nice to have an additional smith machines or two. Also would have been nice to have red light therapy machines. It was sufficient for use during my vacation. The gym was clean and everyone was very nice.

The facility is clean, well equipped and very spacious. There are 2 of every resistance machine, so it's rare that you need to wait to use something. The cardio equipment is plentiful and everything seem well maintained. The Hydro-massage machines are a great way to relax after. It's hard to beat Planet Fitness for the price!

My #1 criticism is about the music. You have varied age groups including a lot of older people. The music should be geared toward all groups. Heavy metal music does not qualify as appealing to all age groups. It's very ugly and loud at times. I'm impressed to see staff cleaning and that staff will greet us at the front desk as we're coming in and leaving. The manager though is not as friendly.

Equipment in good repair, plenty of equipment, good variety of equipment, mostly clean (except bathroom sinks which are always messy), staff and clients are courteous, plenty of parking, $10 per month, courtesy lockers in case I forget my lock, TVs work, exercise mats, new clock (!). Thank you!
