Friendly people at the front desk and helpful. Very clean building, which I appreciate. Machines are great and never see out of order on any. I have a black card membership and love to use the hydro massage table and chair massage after work out… And reasonable monthly rates!! Can’t beat it!!

It had been awhile since my last visit (6+ months). It was nice to see the standard machines and weights were still there with some new additions. Now that sports are done for the school year, I’m going to be coming back more often and the new machines will help add some variety into my routine.

My husband and I enjoy working out there. Lots of machines to choose from, weights. It’s very clean. It would be nice if you could get a trainer to do classes. And you can’t beat the price.
