I have used several Planet Fitness locations; in Asheville and Miami. They have all been clean, had friendly, helpful staff, and equipment in good repair. I have not had this experience in other gyms I have attended (exept for Reuters YMCA). As a Silver Sneakers member I have visited a number of diffeerent gyms. Thus far, I have really liked my experience with Planet Fitness.

I was working out of my home state and stayed in Arden for a few months. I loved the Planet Fitness in Arden. It was always clean and had enough equipment, especially treadmills, to ensure everyone always had a machine to workout on.

My only complaint is with the PF app. A lot of the machines I use regularly aren't in the activitiy tracker under "gym activities". Which makes accurate tracking nearly imposible. Otherwise, I love it. I'm so glad I joined. I feel so much better physically and mentally
