It is close to my residence. There is no issue with parking. No pressure to get a personal trainer. There is sufficient equipment and just what I need. I like the little shopping plaza it is located in. There were different options to join. It includes different age groups. And, it is not overcrowded. Thank you.

in the gym with 40+cardio machines there are 2 weight machines that are only one of a kind and everyone seems to get backed up on them. Also, no stretching cage although there is room for one
