The staff at the MLK location is great! I feel safe as Brandon is always making sure only members enter the facility. He greets everyone with a smile. 😊 Nikki is a newer member to the staff. She always greets people by name. A friend who goes to the gym had a birthday last week. I asked her if she would help me with a surprise birthday song to celebrate her. She responded without hesitation, gathered additional members and staff to sing happy birthday to her. Nikki helped to make it a memorable day for her. I appreciated her kindness.
