After 2 major surgeries, I haven't been to the gym in 1.5 years. I went yesterday to cancel my membership. I said let me go once more and cancel. I saw a fitness schedule on the counter and asked about the training classes. This was something I had been considering for a while. I joined the class and OMGEEEEE I loved it! I had a great workout and they have new treadmills! Afterwards I enjoyed the hydro massage chair. The staff was excellent! More friendly than the staff before. I've already told 2 family members I will not be canceling my membership after all 💜
