Cleanliness and professionalism being displayed very clearly. The friendliness amo g the stsff w a smile is impressive tome also. I am a senior citizens. I usually need assistance to understand some of the equipment. Everyone has been very kind d whenever I ask for assistance. . brought my ni ty two year old mother as my guest. My mother's speed peddling the cycle was more swift than mine. I shared this w the staff upon exting the center. The ones at the desk openly expressed appreciation for her being the age she is yet still having what she has the spirit to workout and walk out of Planet Fitness w a smile of JOY. Their complimented expressions she said inspired her. Tha k you WEST END PLANET FITNESS. I sincerely appreciate ALL of you and I look forward to returning for my next workou. The massage chair my mother and I LOVED so well.

The staff is exceptionally friendly and demonstrates a keen awareness of the premises. The establishment maintains a clean and hygienic environment, and the ambiance is enhanced by pleasant music. My sole suggestion is to reduce the volume of the music. Overall, this place offers an exceptional opportunity for physical exercise.

I love this gym. Staff is amazing! They make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Locked rims are always being constantly cleaned which makes me feel even more comfortable to be here. The staff is always eager to help with any issue I have. If I could grade this gym it would be 1000/10!
