No complaints of any kind. Very satisfied. Only concern, that I expressed in your last survey, was that your staff there did not appear to be trained on how to use the defibrillator you have on the wall when the old man who died there collapsed, and the ambulance took over 20 minutes to arrive.

I think Planet Fitness is a great place. It's always clean and the customer service desk attendants are the best around. My only complaint is you have shut off the refrigeration on your water coolers and no one, and I mean no one enjoys warm water while exercising. For goodness sakes PLEASE turn on the cold-water refrigeration so we can enjoy nice cold water again.
