Great workout equipment for all phases of exercises! Staff always attentive to clean, safe, and friendly environment. Since my gym visits are quite helpful, this is a nice personal incentive.

The gym and facilities are very clean. The staff are friendly and go overboard to make you feel comfortable and wanted. The ease to see a trainer or staff is amazing - this is new for me as I joined in 2019 for a few years at another location. Your ratings on outside reviews are all 5/5 and so the last item I can mention is the hydro massage, and the red light therapy stall with the shifting vibration plates!
