The staff at my Planet Fitness are friendly, helpful and keep the equipment clean, and bathrooms very clean. I would have given them a 10 but understand form a job I had that all they can do is report in a timely manor, which they do, any equipment that needs to be repaired. It is not the staffs fault it takes up to 2 weeks to get the equipment repaired.

The gym and black card areas are very clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Compared to some other Planet fitness locations yours is one best kept and great staff.

Nice environment, kind, helpful & courteous personel. Affordable monthly payment. Just one thing... is it possible to have at least one of the TVs in spanish? Like Telemundo? That would be awesome!!

This place is ALWAYS clean. The staff are always busy on the slow times, making rounds, vacuuming, moping and cleaning. The equipment is in great shape. There is a ton to choose from,. The staff members are friendly and always greet me and wish me a good day as I am leaving.

Excellent facilities. I'd like this Aurora branch to be open 24 hours a day. I train at 10 or 11 p.m. However, I can't train on Fridays and Saturdays because the gym is closed.
