Not in any particular order: The equipment, positive atmosphere, the crew/workers, the positiveness, the location, the friendliness and helpfulness, the size, the fresh air (it is not stuffy) inside. The hydromassages provided to us from time to time. Very nice treat, indeed! Thank you for making it a great place to come and workout! Kudos!!!
The employees have been helpful in getting me started and making me comfortable with the surroundings. While I'm still getting used to making my workout consistent, I'm enjoying the experience and I've already recommended it to several people.
I initially started a PF membership at the CO Blvd location and found myself unmotivated to fulfill it due to overcrowding, too warm a temperature in the TRX area, and just not enough space to do things like work on the mats. I was reticent about trying another PF, expecting the same thing, but boy was I wrong about the Aurora location! I love this gym! It's spacious, clean, not overcrowded, the people who work there are friendly, and it feels like an atmosphere of folks who are serious about getting in shape. I'd especially like to call out Merissa, one of the front-desk gals, who says hi to me by name before I even have a chance to check in! I appreciate that the equipment is promptly fixed when needed, and that even the managers aren't afraid to get out there and help with the cleaning. Seriously, this gym has really added a huge boost to my summer fitness plan. I hope to remain a customer when school starts up again in August.
One thing, though - can someone fix the water-bottle fillers? It kills me to see that several weeks have gone by with both of them (at least that's how it still was as of a few days ago) running 24/7 due to a mechanical failure? We live in a time when this resource is scarce, and wasting precious drinking water like this is no bueno.
Other than that, thanks for being such an awesome gym and providing an atmosphere that makes me want to work out!
