Yes, JC was very pleasant and made my enrollment painless, very quick. Very good energy from him. I also want to push up Joel for being such a great manager, everybody loves him and he is valuable. I have never seen him having an off day, and he is very attentive to the whole facility. He doesn’t hit a slump like most do, and he needs to be rewarded more. He always has a pleasant demeanor and very helpful to everyone. He is valuable and deserves a pay raise, if not quarterly 5k bonus. -Leigh

It was a great experience with nice people working there. I’ve been to planet fitnesses in Florida and they were horrible. The one in Austin is so nice and clean and I would definitely go back.

I worked one on one with Elijah McCauley, the personal trainer at Westgate PF in Austin, Texas. He was very knowledgeable and I highly recommend his assistance when you first start going there. He explained and demonstrated each machine and watched to see if I was doing it properly when it was my turn to exercise.

First time at the S. Austin location after they moved from North austin. The gentleman at the front desk was very cordial and very informative and took the time to show me around the entire Club despite the fact that I'm pretty familiar with the club's layout. I forget his name and I regret that I do I'm glad that I had an opportunity to mention it now. He was an older gentleman and he was great.
