I like most things about PF, but I dislike how the requirement to wipe down the equipment after each use is not enforced at all, from what I can see. I wish this would change. Simple signs posted in places around the facility (e.g. at the front desk and at each towel dispenser location might be all that's need. Thank you.

I like everything about the gym. But please remind your members not to sit on a machine and use their cell phones to read, look at photos, play games... It takes away from others ability to use the machines. Thank you.

The Ballantyne location is the best PF I’ve been to. Pineville location is more convenient for me. The patrons at Ballantyne seem to be more into working out and less staring at their phones.

Overall, your team is doing a very nice job of maintaining the fitness center. I have recommended you to a few other people and really enjoy going there in the morning. Everyone is very friendly at the desk and helpful. I needed it. Please keep it up!
