The reception staff is very polite, respectful, accommodating, and friendly, especially Fresher (sorry if I misspelled it). The gym is very clean and the equipment is well-organized. There's a wide variety of massage machines, which are very useful for people with muscle or other problems. However, I suggest making hot water available in the black card lounge, for those who want to have a cup of tea, coffee, or hot chocolate early in the morning or late at night.
