The employees are always super friendly. They always greet you and always ask if I have any preference for the tanning beds. The locker rooms and the gym is always good and clean. I have no issues with any of the equipment.

Barboursville Planet Fitness we are always greeted with good morning and a smile!! The equipment is well Maintained! Staff is always working on cleaning the equipment. This facility is absolutely spotless! Upon leaving we are always told to have a good day! This is not your typical gym! I would rate them an 11 out of 10!! Ed

The friendliest staff members to make sure that everyone knows how to work the machines properly and you have a great detour of the whole facility in the benefits of having the black card and just a regular membership is such a plus it helps customers decide which route to take when getting a membership at planet fitness in the atmosphere is really nice there

For me the offerings work. I make use of the machines almost daily. I find them in working order and the price can not be beat. If you want to have a fitness routine and are disciplined PF can allow that to happen. Certainly there may be extremely serious people who might need something highly advanced but I can not imagine 95% of the people can not benefit from PF facility.

I love Planet Fitness, most particularly the Barboursville, West Virginia location. It’s always clean, people are friendly, and there’s a laid back vibe. The other branch I go to is in Louisville, Kentucky on Shelbyville Road. I like that branch, too, but I wish it were larger. That, or I wish another branch would open up in the St. Matthews area.
