Like the 2 floors, have used the step machine and new bench, yellow room is now with the sit up board, abdomen machine and mats. Very clean, most staff friendly.

I appreciate the flexibility in my membership as I was injured and needed to pause it until I was ready to participate. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and I can’t wait to return knowing that if I encounter future issues my membership will be taken care of.

The gym has a variety of equipment to meet your fitness goals. The gym is very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The environment is welcoming and non-judgmental. I especially liked having access to a personal trainer to provide me a routine to meet my needs and also acclimate me to the equipment.

I normally love the big selection of equipment. Unfortunately I can not say that anymore. The "improvement" is anything but Took out a lot of machines and it wasn't always easy to getba machine as it is in this busy location.
