I really didn’t know how anything worked so went to the 40 minute area. I met a gentleman that helped explain things to me. Most help I have ever had at Planet Fitness! The trainer I was told had hip replacement surgery and no one else is a trainer. It worries me that using equipment that I know nothing about could cause me to have surgery. So glad that are customers willing to help and explain the machines.
