I am not loyal to any location. I go where it is convenient for me. I was in Batavia the other day, so I stopped in to do my workout. Had a couple questions for the staff. They answered my question and were very pleasant. The entire place was very clean. All the equipment was also 100 % in working order. Very pleased with everything.

This gym is the most welcoming and well maintained facility I’ve ever consistently worked out in. The staff all took the time to get to know me and were such a positive/uplifting presence on days where I did not feel as good about my lift. Daily whiteboard would you rather questions and just overall happiness from the front desk are something I always look forward to. The machines were always kept spotless and staff was swift about any necessary cleaning or replacement of cleaning supplies. The locker room was always spotless and kept in great shape. Whether it was Jake, Syd, Austin, or any other staff member, I always knew I had a friend to talk to.

I have been coming to this this place for a while. Jakob Stanton is it's the sweetest guy I have ever met he is so caring so helpful no matter what question you ask and he's very very helpful he treats everybody equal and I cannot speak enough of him everyone is very sweet but he goes a book and beyond for everybody

I am on a health and fitness journey and have come to this gym on and off for the last five years. This gym has been fantastic, the equipment is great and had helped me on journey. I do have to say though the new manager Jakob that has started at this location either at the end of last year or the beginning of this year has really upped it though. Everything has been extra extra clean, the staff is always greeting people coming in and out. And the manager himself is fantastic, he is very nice, very positive, and such a people person.

The place is neat and clean. They do their best to get machines up and running when they break down. The staff is friendly and pleasant. They do well at trying to keep the temp adjusted when the weather changes. The place is bright and inviting.

I really enjoy how personable jakob is. He is always helpful and makes me feel right at home. He is knowledgeable and is always asking how my day is and always tells me to have a good day. The other staff are always pleasant and willing to help as well. I love the question of the day too!! It makes the club super unique and keeps the people that workout here engaged. I have even had someone i work with from the arc join and she feels so invited and comfortable when she comes with me.
