The staff is very welcoming, most know me as I do them. The club is pristinely clean, as evidenced by the staff cleaning off the equipment, attending to the rest rooms, etc. I have belonged to Planet Fitness as a whole for 25 years. Compared to other fitness gyms, the cost is very minimal for a black card since I enjoy the massage chairs and hydro massage. I am waiting for my black card to be active in order to use it for these amenities It has been a very long time. The staff are able to accommodate me in this, however, I would want this resolved.

The Bayonet Point gym is very large and clean and I have yet to see it crowded. One of the nicer Planet Fitness locations I have visited and all the employees I've interacted with so far have been friendly.

I am impressed with how much equipment there is. That truly eliminates waiting to exercise. The staff to a great job of making sure everything is clean and sanitary. It’s a very comfortable facility to do my workout. The PF app check in is quick and easy.
